Why stay with us at Augusta's Appalachian Inn?
We pledge to do the “common things, uncommonly well.”

• To hold a reservation, a deposit in the amount of one night's stay is required.
• The deposit is refundable if a cancellation is received 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.  For cancellations made after that time, refunds will be subject to the room being rented.
• We do not accept credit cards; payment can be made by cash, traveler's check or personal check.
• Local and state tax is 10%.
• Room rates are for double occupancy.
  $10 for each additional person.
• Coffee is brought to your door at 6:30 a.m.
• Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m.
• Check in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless prior arrangements are made.
• Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Soft drinks, bottled water & snacks are available for guests.
• Well behaved children are always welcome.
• We are unable to accommodate pets.
• We have a no-smoking policy inside, but have a designated smoking section on our wrap around porch.
• We have information on hiking, biking and other activities, and will assist in making reservations.
• Our gift certificates are always a welcome surprise for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.
